    Australian study has shown that diet does not play an important role in nourishing the body only, but it has a crucial role in determining the mental state.
    The study showed the types of foods that can be relied upon to fight depression and get a mild mood.
    Researchers from the University of South Australia, a new study, which examined the eating habits of the participants, aged between 18 and 65 years, were suffering from depression and have an unbalanced diet.
