    Scientific study pointed to new results reported that a healthy diet and physical exercise, follow a brain training systems, help to slow mental decline in older adults at risk of dementia.

    The researchers said the increase in body mass index (BMI), which is defined as the estimate in the body fat based on height and weight, adversely affect the health of the heart and increases the risk of age-related dementia.
    The study included 1260 people in Finland, who are aged between 60-77 years, who were more likely to have dementia.
